the reason peope think halberd demi-gryfs are better is because with the empire you dont need a hammer and anvil, the halberd versions cover the flanks against monster and cavalry charges better than any spearman could while the gunners and artillery clear the frontline

You a little late to the party? It was doomed when they released it in the state that it was in. They poured gasoline on the fire when they decided to put out a letter, months afterwards, stating they will not be adding the things they stated before the game was even out. FS decided to screw over customers.

The addition of Tamurkhan changed Ghorst campaign so much for me. He stomps you so hard and usually take over the mountains relatively fast in most of my games. Then it is an entire shore to take him out since even if you take out his entire army he can still solo yours

One thing I’ve noticed with characters like Orion is to send him to fire on the enemy frontlines’ flanks once they engage your melee units, since his projectile can shoot through multiple units

Send that hero north along the ocean and declare wars on everyone you not gonna ally with and you have no upkeep on anything. Making insane money, no upkeep and crazy strong armies you wreck everything and have 20 armies by turn 30😂

I'm still new and on my third playthrough, but I can tell you that the fallen empire advice is peak. On my second playthrough I got involved in a war with a fallen empire by settling along it's border. I immediately loaded and older save when I saw a fleet with 400k power rock up into my system.

How is he squishy, when he has the potential for some of the highest HP in game and also heals himself based on maximum health? He can have over 5k health. 1% heal per second would be 50hp ps.
